Any pieces purchased over this website may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping and delivery charges excluded), provided the work is in its original condition, and is received within 30 days from the date it was delivered to you.
RETURNS
You may return the art piece for any reason. We will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable replacement if desired.
COLORS
We take great care to photograph each art piece as accurately as possible. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the web and characteristics of each computer, we cannot be sure if the colors reproduced on your computer will exactly match the item. If you are not happy with the art piece when you receive it, simply return it in its original condition within 30 days.
AVAILABILITY
Most pieces are one of a kind, and although our website is regularly updated and every attempt made to promptly remove art pieces from our web pages when sold, occasionally an item may already be gone. In the event an item is gone, we will immediately contact you and offer any potentially similar art pieces to you at a 10% discount.
SHIPPING
Shipping/Handling charges will be added to the purchase price and will be a fair cost, considering the size, weight, destination, and delivery priority you desire. Most shipments will be made using United Parcel Service, and will be made within 5 working days of the order, unless you call to make special expedited arrangements.
Due to the special packaging and shapes of paintings, they will normally ship using Federal Express.
